your payment this month, please do so by this Friday, December 12.
All library check-outs will be due Monday, December 15. Because of the
long Christmas holiday all library books, DVDs, videos and magazines are
to be returned by Monday, December 15 and there will be no new
check-outs until after Christmas vacation.
Please be sure your child leaves for school with the proper clothing to
match the weather. With colder weather in the air, hats, gloves and warm

“Drawn to the Light” will be held Thursday and Friday, December 11 and
12
from 6:00 - 9:00 PM at Holy Savior Lutheran Church
North 10th and Superior Streets, Lincoln, Nebraska
A beaming search light will light the night sky Thursday and Friday,

nativity event will be held at Holy Savior Lutheran Church at North 10th
and Superior Streets from 6:00 - 9:00 PM.
All are invited to enjoy this special Christmas message. A living
nativity will be seen from Superior Street featuring a full cast of
characters from the Christmas story including an angel from heaven, the
three wise men, and shepherds with their sheep.
Inside, the church will be transformed into Biblical times where
everyone can enjoy a Bethlehem marketplace, look for a room at the inn,
and participate in the Roman census.
In the warm indoors, visitors can also receive a commemorative family
portrait, listen to live Christmas music, and enjoy listening to the
Christmas story being read in front of a warm fireplace while sipping
hot cocoa and tasting homemade cookies.
Admission is free. A freewill offering will benefit Cedars for Kids and
Friendship Home, and donations will be matched by Thrivent Financial
Services.
